(Few months later, in Lagos, Jade is on the phone talking to her Mum...)

JADE : I don't know why, I keep having that dream.
CALLER : can you remember the face?
JADE : remember it how?
CALLER : I mean if you should see that person in real life, will you recognize the person?
JADE : hmm...(trying to think) may be...why do you ask Mum?
CALLER : because there's a possibility that's the person God wants you to spend the rest of your life with.
JADE : huh!
CALLER : Yes. I think you should go and see your Pastor about it.
JADE : okay...
CALLER : How is everything?
JADE : Mum, all is not well o. I've not found a job. Although, someone is talking to me about a telecommunication job sha.
CALLER : It is well. God will answer you soon.
JADE : Amen o...I've to go now. I don't have much credit.
CALLER : Alright dear, take care.
JADE : Okay Mum bye!....(She drops the call)...hmm God when will things start working for good for me?

MIKE : How far with you and Esther? She told me you have been acting somehow with her. Why?
YINKA : She should go jare. I'm no more interested.
MIKE : Why? What has she done?
YINKA : Look, I was more like forced into the relationship before so...
MIKE : So what? You're fed up?
YINKA : Fed up? I wasn't even really into her.
MIKE : You were not into her, in what way? 'Cause I know you've entered her o.
YINKA : You're not serious! Into her as in being in love with her.
MIKE : Oh....I thought you meant the other way round...(Laughing)
YINKA : You're not serious.
MIKE : hmm...you better know how to do it. These girls can be saucy if a guy breaks up with them o.
YINKA : What will she do? Abeg!
MIKE : Okay o.
YINKA : (then he seem to be seeing something on the system)...bingo! I got you!
MIKE : What is that?
YINKA : Jade. I finally found her after all these while...
MIKE : You mean you're still after that girl?
YINKA : (Looks at Mike)..hmm mm!
MIKE : Hmm okay o. So she's the reason why you are no more interested in Esther?
YINKA : I've told you I was really never into Esther. I only dated her because she kept begging me and everyone kept saying I was being unfair to her.
MIKE : So now its Jade abi?
YINKA : (Smiles)....well...it depends.
MIKE : On?
YINKA : (Smiles and looks at him)....time will tell. I mean, I'll still have to get to know her nau.
MIKE : (Shaking his head)...I pity Esther.
YINKA : Come on! Esther is a good girl, she's beautiful but she's not just the girl for me.
MIKE : Hmm...and after all these years, she was your first.
YINKA : Yeah but, I'm not her's.
MIKE : Oh really?
YINKA : Yes.
MIKE : But does that really matter to you?

YINKA : I think this girl just saw the notification of the page and website after all these while! She just signed in.
MIKE : Even I got the notification but haven't signed in.
YINKA : Maybe that's the same for her then...I'm going to chat her up...

YINKA : I'm Yinka, I stay in Abuja. You?
JADE : I stay in Lagos.
YINKA : What do you do?
JADE : I just got a job in a telecommunication company.
YINKA : (Surprised) really!
JADE : Yeah.
YINKA : That's cool. Which school did you finish from? Unilag abi?
JADE : No, I finished from Osun State University...
YINKA : (Disappointed)...Oh....that's good.
JADE : And you?
YINKA : I finished from University of Ilorin with a 2-1 honors in Engineering.
JADE : Hmm. Interesting...
YINKA : What course did you study?
JADE : Business Administration.
YINKA : (Surprised)....Ehn ehn, I thought you studied Law.
JADE : Why do you think so?
YINKA : Because I was at that convention and you spoke more like a Lawyer.
JADE : (Laughs)....People have told me to study law, actually.
YINKA : why didn't you?
JADE : Hmm...I just don't want to.
YINKA : Why? Is it because you don't want to be a career woman?
JADE : No, its not that. I just don't dig Law.
YINKA : Hmm... But I love the way you handled the issue that day.
JADE : (She sends him a smiley)...Thanks.
YINKA : Can we be friends?
JADE : We're friends already.
YINKA : Friends from a distance...
JADE : Hmm...does it matter?
YINKA : Yeah, I'll love to be your close friend, one you can see at anytime.
JADE : Too bad....

(Jade and Yinka later exchanged numbers and became really close, they would call each other and chat whenever they meet online. They became fond of each other to the extent that they would call each other to come online...

YINKA : Mehn, I think I'm in love with this girl o.

YINKA : We've been friends online for over a year now.

YINKA : No. I just like ladies that are independent.

MIKE : She must have a good job then.
YINKA : Yeah, She works in a telecommunication company.

MIKE : Her salary may even be more than yours.

FUNMI : Afterall, Banke and Supo had a long distance relationship and it all went well. Supo was far away in Canada while Banke was in Nigeria, now look at them, they're married now and both in Canada, living fine. You better give the guy a chance!
